You Don't Have To Live With...
the frustration of not being able to run without urinary leakage, the fear of worsening pelvic organ descent (prolapse) with lifting or during long walks, the interruption of plans due to another sensation of a urinary tract infection coming on …
Pelvic floor dysfunction is common, but not normal. Given the wide variety of symptoms related to pelvic health, generic treatment is rarely enough.

Our one-on-one approach allows treatment to be determined based on exactly what you need, rather than generalized group exercise.
your treatment program is designed based on clinical findings, patient preference and the relevant anatomy involved rather than a generic protocol.
Your physical therapist has the time and skill-set to treat your pelvic floor within the entire system it lives and works, rather than using isolated kegels or stretching.
treatment is provided in a calm, private space, not in a loud, crowded gym.
treatment is always provided, instructed and modified by DR. Antoinette, a licensed physical therapist, rather than an aide juggling multiple patients at once.

Some Treatments We Offer:

Myofacial and Visceral Mobilization
These techniques are gentle but can be a game changer for symptoms like bladder discomfort, constipation, sensitive scar tissue, erectile dysfunction and low back or pelvic pain. These techniques may be done internally, externally or with a combination of both.

Dry Needling
Dry needling can be an effective piece of a treatment plan by reducing pain, increasing blood flow and affecting communication between the brain and painful or overactive muscles, including the pelvic floor.

Possibilities are endless depending on your specific needs and goals. Whether you are navigating pregnancy/postpartum, cancer treatment or hormonal challenges, movement can be a powerful tool in promoting overall wellness.
Our Philosophy:

Support, Education and Awareness...
I opened this practice because I wanted to provide help in a setting exclusively tailored to pelvic health Physical Therapy.
Pelvic Floor struggles can be more than just painful or annoying. It can be challenging trying to tune in to a part of the body that most of us are not told much about until there is a problem, if at all. We are taught not to be vocal about urinary, bowel or sexual challenges. This may lead to embarrassment, shame and isolation from partners and from part of ourselves. It can also lead to withdrawing from activities that once gave us purpose.
My vision is to help women and men of Las Vegas proudly connect with their bodies in spite of challenges that present along the way. Wellness is an ongoing journey and there are strategies and support available to help guide us toward feeling more fabulous in our bodies everyday.
